Lyssa returns after 5 years away, and she takes on Sammie in an impromptu fight in Lyssa’s 2nd day back in the gym. Lyssa has added muscle and looks great. Lyssa has been wanting a piece of Sammie since they clashed at a live event when she was a very good teen trainee, where Sammie really roughed her up. Sammie had some brutal fights with Lyssa’s older sister, Nikki Hill (FFV282 is one). The match turns into a mat-based power struggle as each fighter fights for dominance. Lyssa wanted to spar with Sammie at practice, but this quickly turned rough, competitive and much more than a “practice spar.” They fight for over 8 minutes until one brutal submission ends it. The loser lays on the mat gasping for air, in pain, while the winner has a big smile. This first look at Lyssa and her return is awesome. Does she begin to extract vengeance on Sammie?
